Quickest and Most Secure way to Mount a Fenix Headlamp on your Helmet!

This Fenix headlamp specific helmet mount allows you to clip your headlamp in-and-out superfast and lets you position your lamp in a more balanced way (so you don't feel the extra weight pulling your helmet forward).  We've modified the Fenix mount to work specifically with vented bicycle helmets by adding a Shock Cord and adjustable clips, so you can easily remove or re-position the base.  For a more semi-permanent placement we also have a zip-tie option and for non-vented helmets (like a ski-helmet), we also have the option of Peel-n-Stick Foam Tape.  Mount works with Fenix' larger headlamps like our HM62R, HM65R, HM70R and HM71R.

• Easy to attach to any vented helmet: just route the shock cords down thru the helmet vents and across to the other side of the mount where you clip them onto the shock cord loop and tighten them down.  Similar mounting with zip-ties we just suggest routing the tie/cord under helmet liner and MIPS liner if there is one.
• The optional Peel-n-Stick foam tape is easy to attach, just wait 24 hours after mounting it before use for maximum adhesion.

Instructions for Fenix Helmet Mount with Shock Cords:

1. Find a spot at the top of the helmet slightly forward of center where your headlamp feels balanced
2. Wrap Shock Cord hooks thru vents in helmet around to the other side of the mount and clip them on to the loop in the Shock Cord.  
3. Pull the ends of the Shock Cords tight and then tuck them in for a clean look
4. Remove headband from your Fenix headlamp and slide the lamp into the slot on mount until it snaps in place and you're ready to ride
