Shipping policy

We offer free shipping in United States for orders over $50, under $50 orders are a flat rate $4.99.  Outside the United States, shipping on International orders are a flat rate of US$14.99 for Canada/Mexico and US$21.99 for all other countries outside of US.

Shipping via USPS both in US and outside of US. International shipping times may vary.

We provide a tracking number with most orders. You will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for shipment details to update.

In the unlikely event that your shipment does not arrive within 10 days (21 days outside of USA) please contact us at support@originalfreerange.com and we will be happy to help.

*Please note that we do not charge Tax or Duties on international orders and as a result you may be charged applicable taxes and duties in your home country upon delivery.
