• Our Pack Pocket doesn't jangle like other add-on bottle/flask holders. The secret an internal Velcro piece that wraps tight around the shoulder strap and anchors the Pocket solidly to the sternum strap.

Install Tips:

• Choose either right or left shoulder strap and undo your pack's shoulder strap at the bottom ladder lock buckle.  Some pack manufactures fold and sew the ends of bottom anchor straps to prevent them from loosening off the buckle.  If this is the case, just cut off the sewed end so that you can pull the anchor strap off the ladder lock buckle, so the shoulder strap is free.  Use scissors to make a diagonal cut at the end of the strap and then use a lighter to prevent the strap end from fraying.
• With the Pack Pocket facing outward, pull the shoulder strap thru the top of the Pocket exiting thru the large oval slot near the bottom of the back of the Pocket
• Pull the Pocket further up the shoulder strap and push the sternum strap/clip thru a side slot, then wrap and secure the internal Velcro straps tightly around the shoulder strap.
• Once the Pocket is in position, you can re-attach the shoulder strap to the ladder lock buckle and your Pack Pocket is ready for action.
