• Bar Plugs and Shock Cord Cinches are sold in pairs
• Bar Plugs easily push into the ends of any handlebar and include a Hypalon patch that will hold them tight
• Bar Plugs are capped with male Snaps that snaps onto the female Snaps attached to the inside of both the Pocket and Goldilocks Pogies
• Shock Cord Cinches also can snap into the female Snap on the inside of each Pogie
• Shock Cord Cinches can be cinched to the top of the hoods on a drop bar bike and also can be used the attach the Pogie to a flat bar when cinched over the grip
